Charts

I always publish the charts supplied by the Ann Arbor Area Board of Realtors;however keep in mind that if an agent from the different county listed a home or condo, it is not reflected in the data. We just switched to a new MLS (multi-list service in December) and I’m hoping the data will reflect those homes and condo’s as well.

The Ann Arbor Area MLS, is defined by area’s and school districts and that is how the charts are organized. If you would like to keep a monthly update on the market, you can sign up for monthly market reports.

Inventory

The Ann Arbor Area Real Estate market is still in low inventory which I am hearing from my Realtor friends all across the country. I am seeing this in every price point and as a team we have over 15 active buyers “waiting” on those homes to come on the market.  😥
