How is the market in Ann Arbor?

One word, crazy. I was looking at the homes that sold from Friday, May 24 to today, May 28th. ALL, closed at asking price or above. Only 2 homes closed under asking price.

This means and I am seeing bidding wars and multiple offers on most everything. I listed a home on 1663 Ravines Ct on Monday, I have 3 offers and more coming in. Matter of fact, all my listings have sold in a week or less during the Spring Market.

How long will this continue?

I wish I knew, I wish I could read a crystal ball. As long as the inventory is DOWN, the buyers are fighting on the homes available. Well not really fighting but having to be very competitive in their offers.

I met with a good friend, Realtor in another company today and we were discussing the market. Fun for the sellers, requiring patience for the buyers and they are many times having to write on 3-4 houses before they get one.
