I heard Stefan Swanepoel speak at a RE/MAX Michigan Conference in February 2006. Stefan studies all the new real estate trends thoughout our industry. I was so impressed by his absolute unbiased research on every franchise and company and his dedication to our industry in general. Stefan recently started blogging on Activerain and tweeting on Twitter.

It has been fun to get to follow him on a consistent basis.  Recently he posted on The Top 10 Events Impacting Real Estate in 2008.
