Dexter (Pre) July 4th Fireworks

Where: Hudson Mills Metropark, Dexter
What: Don’t wait for the 4th to start celebrating! Head over to Hudson Mills Metropark for a gorgeous display of holiday weekend fireworks.

American Celebration Concert

When: July 3, 8pm
Where: West Park Band Shell, Ann Arbor
What: Relax, unwind, and get in the spirit of the red white and blue with a little concert in the park.

Ann Arbor July 4th Parade

When: July 4, 10am
Where: Downtown Ann Arbot
What: Join the Ann Arbor Jaycees for the 29th Annual 4th of July Parade! The march begins at the corner of State and Liberty, heads north to Washington, travels west on Washington to Main, turns south on Liberty, then returns to State.

Whitmore Lake Parade & Root Beer Floats

Where: Main Street, Whitmore Lake
What: Enjoy a small-town parade down Main Street in Whitmore Lake, then head over to the Community Center afterwards to enjoy root beer floats and live music.

Saline 4th Fireworks

Where: Liberty School, Saline
What: After you finish parading and grilling, head over to Liberty School in Saline for (maybe another) sparkling fireworks show.

Whitmore Lake Parade of Lights

Where: Whitmore Lake, Whitmore Lake
What: Experience a July 4th parade unlike any other in Michigan. You can even enter your own boat, if you feel so inclined—there are prized for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd!

Ann Arbor Summer Festival

When: June 14 – July 7
Where: Various locations on U Mich campus and Downtown Ann Arbor
What: Enjoy endless live events on two main stages. Indoor performances include world-class music, dance, theater, and comedy. Outside, Top of the Park features free concerts, movies under the stars, open-air spectacles, and other unique attractions (for all ages).
